Search for Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs Data

Use Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs to search and view details related to the job.

To use the Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for open expenditure on closed jobs Data:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company whose records you want to find.
3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Administrative Follow-up > Open Expenditure on Closed Jobs.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the Search field to enter a keyword related to the data that you want to find.
5. Use the Calendar filter to select a specific date.
6. Hover your mouse over a job name and click Open job card to open the job card.
