Send Attachments from the Conversation for Approval

Use the WorkBook Inbox to send attachments from the conversation for approval.

To use Inbox, you must have access to Inbox as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To send attachments from the conversation for approval:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Inbox .
  2. On the Inbox sidebar, select the item that contains the attachment that you want to send for approval.
  3. In the conversation pane, click Conversation Options and select Send Attachments for Document Approval.
  4. In the Select Attachments from the Conversation and Start Document Approval dialog box, specify the required information and click OK
