View or Update Company Information

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can update company information such as the company name, contact information, and address in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To update company information:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the company whose information you want to update by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the company, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Company as your filter, and select the company from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information /.
  5. On the side toolbar of the resource information card, click Information .
  6. Update the company information as needed.
