Update Final Invoice Amounts of Price Quotes

Use the Price submodule to update the final invoice amounts of price quotes of selected jobs. The final invoice is updated based on the lines added, removed, or edited on the Lines tab.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To update the final invoice amount of a price quote:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote whose final invoice amount you want to update.
  3. On the side toolbar, click Price.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the price quote whose final invoice amount you want to update.
    Alternatively, click Open price quote list and in the Price Quote List dialog box, highlight the price quote whose final invoice amount you want to update.
    Note: You can only update the final invoice amount of a price quote that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
  5. Click the Billing Plan tab.
  6. Click Update the final invoice amount to ensure balance with the quoted amount .
