View Client Tasks

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view the tasks assigned to clients in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To view a client's tasks:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the client that owns the tasks that you want to view by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the resource, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Clients as your filter, and select the client from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the resource information card.
  5. On the side toolbar of the resource information card, click Client's Tasks .
  6. Use the top toolbar of the resource information card to perform the following tasks:
    • Display the Task Card /
    • Mark Task as Done
    • Filter the Tasks
