View Tasks That an Employee is On

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view the tasks that employees are on in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To view tasks that an employee is on:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the employee whose tasks you want to view by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the employee, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Employees as your filter, and select the employee from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the employee card.
  5. On the side toolbar of the employee card, click Resource-related Items .
  6. On the top toolbar of the contact card, click the View Tasks This Resource is On tab.
    • To view open and closed tasks, select Both.
    • To view conversations that you started where the selected contact is also a participant, select User is Author.
  7. Select a task to display its task card.
  8. To display the task card on a new tab on your browser, click Open Task Card on New Tab on the top toolbar of the task card.
