View Conversations That an Employee is On

Depending on your role in Workook, you can view the conversations that employees are on in Resources.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To view conversations that an employee is on:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the employee whose conversations you want to view by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the employee, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Employees as your filter, and select the employee from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the employee card.
  5. On the side toolbar of the employee card, click Resource-related Items .
  6. On the top toolbar of the contact card, click the View Conversations This Resource is On tab.
  7. To view conversations that you started where the selected contact is also a participant, select User is Author.
  8. Use the Comment field to start or reply to a conversation.
  9. Click Publish or Private.
    • Public: the conversation is visible to all companies in WorkBook and their employees.
    • Private: the conversation is visible only to the selected company and its employees.
