Add a Voucher Approver Manually

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can manually add approvers to vouchers using the Vouchers on Hold submodule.

To use the Vouchers On Hold submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To manually assign an approver to a voucher:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to manually add a voucher approver.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Administrative Follow-Up > Vouchers on Hold.
  4. In the top grid of the Vouchers on Hold submodule, select a voucher.
  5. On the grid toolbar, click Add approver .
  6. In the Add Approver dialog box, select an approver from the drop-down list and enter a comment.
  7. Select the Increase existing approvers priority by 1 option if you want to put the approver at the top of the priority list.
