Choose a Debit Account for Creditor Invoices

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can specify which account to use as the debit account for creditor invoices.

To perform this procedure, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To choose an account for creditor invoices:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click General Ledger > Chart of accounts.
  3. In the Chart of Accounts submodule, select the account that you want to use for creditor invoices, and click in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  4. On the side toolbar of the Account Information pane, click Account settings .
  5. Select Use this account for creditor invoice entry.
