Convert a Conversation to a Task

Use the WorkBook Inbox to convert conversations to tasks.

To use Inbox, you must have access to Inbox as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To convert conversations to tasks:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Inbox .
  2. On the Inbox sidebar, select the item that contains the conversation that you want to convert to a task.
  3. Right-click the conversation and select Convert Conversation to Task.
  4. In the Convert Conversation to Task or Ticket dialog box, specify the required information and click OK.
