Create a New Invoice

You can use the Vouchers on Hold submodule under the Administrative Follow-Up module to create invoices.

To use the Vouchers On Hold submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a new invoice:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you want to create an invoice.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Administrative Follow-Up > Vouchers on Hold.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Create Invoice .
  5. In the Create Invoice dialog box, enter the required information.
  6. Click OK.
