Delete Unused Phases from Invoices

Use the Invoice submodule to delete unused phases from invoices of selected jobs.

To use the Invoice submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To delete unused phases from an invoice:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the invoice that you want to delete unused phases from.
  3. On the side toolbar, click Invoice.
  4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the invoice that you want to delete unused phases from.
    Alternatively, click Open Invoice List and in the Invoice List dialog box, highlight the invoice that you want to delete unused phases from.
    Note: You can only delete phases from an invoice that has not yet been approved or locked for changes.
  5. Click the Phases tab.
  6. Click Delete unused phase(s) .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes all unused phases at once.
