View an Employee's Job Statistics and Charts

Depending on your role in WorkBook, you can view employee statistics and charts in Resources. These include job distribution charts, time entry charts, login history, and report statistics.

Note: You must have permission to add, delete, and modify resources to complete this task.

To view an employee's job statistics and charts:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Resources .
  2. On the right side of the grid toolbar, under the filter icon , select Resource Default Grid from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the employee whose statistics you want to view by completing any of the following actions:
    • In the Search in Grid field, enter the name of the employee, then select it from the grid.
    • Click the Filter field next to the Search in Grid field, select Employees as your filter, and select the employee from the grid.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Resource Information / to display the employee card.
  5. On the side toolbar of the employee card, click Statistics Chart .
  6. On the top toolbar of the employee card, click any of the following tabs.
    • Job Statistics - This tab displays employee charts about job distributions, timesheet distributions, and time used vs task booking for various dimensions. Fo example, you can view those statistics based on job type, client segment, profit center, or product.
    • Time Entry Chart: This tab displays time-entry charts for the employee for the last 7 or 30 days.
    • Login History: This tab dsplays the employee's login records.
    • Report Statistics: This tab displays the employee's report-related activities.
