Procedures
Use these procedures for entering, updating, saving, submitting, and printing timesheet data.
- Open a Timesheet
You can use Vision Navigator to open and update your Vision timesheets. - Enter Data in a Timesheet
You can enter timesheet charges and their associated hours. - Edit a Timesheet
Depending on your access rights, you may be able to edit an existing timesheet's data after it has been saved and/or submitted. However, if timesheet audits are enabled, you can edit the hours for a timesheet row but you cannot change or remove the row's project, phase, task, labor code, labor category, or payroll tax locale information. - Copy an Existing Timesheet
You can copy entries from an existing, editable timesheet and add them to a new timesheet. - Save a Timesheet
You must save your timesheet after all relevant data is entered. - Submit a Timesheet
After you enter a timesheet's data, you can submit the timesheet for approval and processing. - Explain a Timesheet Revision
When you revise the hours entered on an existing timesheet for a day prior to today, you may be required to provide an explanation for the revision. - Print a Timesheet Report
You can print a timesheet report at any time. - View Timesheet Totals
You can change the timesheet view to display totals for the timesheet hours. - View Timesheet Line Item Approval Status
You can view the status of each line item on the timesheet.
